Stevedoring Services Limited, operating since 1966, is a privately held Bermuda Incorporated Company and a subsidiary of Polaris Holding Company Ltd. and is the only container port operator in Bermuda. SSL is also licensed to operate at Morgan’s Point, Penno’s Wharf and Dockyard if required.
Heavy Equipment & Maintenance
Equipment Sales and Rentals Limited is responsible for the management of a variety of heavy port operating equipment, from small propane operated forklifts, reach stacker, to large mobile harbor cranes — used to service container ships calling on the port of Hamilton. Equipment Sales and Rental’s goal is to provide the Terminal Operator with the best equipment for the required task that also meets the highest eco-friendly standards

Purchased in 2024 and situated in Hamilton Parish, Duck’s Puddle Properties Ltd. is a 2.55-acre waterfront property that houses the operations of Surface Experts Ltd. which comprises of the asphalt plant and related equipment to carry out the asphalting works on the island.
