Wayne Michael Caines JP, BA LLB (hons) is the CEO of Seniac Consulting, a telecomunication and organizational management consulting firm.  Wayne is the former Chief Executive Officer of Digicel Bermuda. Digicel is the biggest telecommunications provider in the Caribbean, Latin America and the South Pacific with over 23 Million Subscribers  worldwide.

Wayne is the former Chief of Staff to the Premier of Bermuda (the youngest person ever to be appointed to that post).  Wayne has served as a Government Senator in the Ministry of Tourism and Transport in Bermuda and as a Crown Counsel in the Bermuda Department of Public Prosecutions (The US equivalent to an Assistant District Attorney). Wayne’s military experience commenced when he graduated from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst; after which he served with distinction as Captain in the Bermuda Regiment.

Wayne is a Board Member of CANTO (Caribbean Association of National Telecommunications Organizations), The Telecommunications Advisory Board of the America’s Cup. Wayne is a highly sought after speaker, in 2013 he was the Commencement Speaker at Oakwood University, Key note Speaker at IIPT (International Institute  for  Peace through Tourism) in Kampala Uganda. Wayne has been blessed to speak at a myriad of events in Bermuda, theUSA, Jamaica, Bahamas, Panama, and Tanzania .

Wayne attended Oakwood University were he received a Bachelors of Arts in History, with a Minor in Political Science. Wayne also holds a Law Degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury England.

Wayne is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Wayne is also a Justice of the Peace. Wayne is married to Maxanne Anderson and they have one daughter, Maxanne J Caines II.
